Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SerpsBot API service ("Service") provided by ProAPIs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SerpsBot provides an API that allows users to retrieve search engine results data. The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis as described in our pricing documentation.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service as a direct competitor without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service beyond your plan limits
5. Pricing and Payment
Pay-As-You-Go: You will be charged based on your actual API usage according to our published pricing. Only successful 200 responses are billed—you are never charged for 4xx errors.
Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unused credits roll over to the following month. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time.
Balance: Your account balance never expires and can be used at any time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment. Refunds are available only up to the unused portion of your balance attributable to payments made in the last 14 days. Refunded amounts are deducted from your balance.
Payments older than 14 days are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Service Level
We strive to maintain high availability and fast response times. However, the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee specific response times, though we aim to deliver results in under 2 seconds for standard requests.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by ProAPIs, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these terms. The search results data retrieved through the Service is provided for your use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProAPIs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProAPIs, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
